A frequent concerto soloist, Ferry has given the US and Chicago premieres of Joe Duddell's Ruby, the new York premiere of Jacob ter Veldhuis's Barracuda, the North American premiere of Dave Maric's Lifetimes, the Rhode Island premiere of Michael Daugherty's UFO, and an American tour of Elliot Cole's multimedia percussion concerto written for Ferry.
Ferry has been a featured soloist in a collaboration with the Chicago Philharmonic and in concerti with Music on the Hill Festival, Lake View Orchestra, Sound ExChange Orchestra, Brockport Symphony Orchestra, and ensembles at New York University, Eastman School of Music, Lawrence Conservatory, University of Akron, Dixie State University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of North-Carolina Pembroke, Western Washington University, and University of West Florida, among others.
Ferry's concerti repertoire allows for collaborations with a range of ensembles including full orchestra, chamber orchestra, string orchestra, wind ensemble, chorus, and percussion ensemble.
